The Management Associates Program - Batch 5 of the Development Bank of the Philippines. It is a one-year program which started last August 12, 2009 and will end this coming August. Around 1,000 plus applicants all over the country were screened. They underwent a mock exam, a comprehensive exam and an interview with selected bank heads. To date, from the previous 40 trainees who passed the screening, only 36 remain. Trainees are constantly evaluated based on their performance in every module of the 9 modules.
